The Amount of Color Correction and Mods installed are infinite, each Mod fixed a Few issues while others mixed the whole feeling. INGAME Setup : Open Reshade Menu by Pressing F12 And then Browse and select This Mod's goal is to make a Person with a low end PC or Laptop play GTAIV.
INSTALLATION : Extract Arcade Graphics.zip and copy Arcade Graphics.ini to your GTA
